The SDG journey is a project developed to enable Danish KP students to take part of their professional education in Ghana, working actively with SDG implementation and issues, within development work. It is also about a twinning project between Ghanaian and Danish pupils who will dialogue, and share stories of how selected SDGs reflect in their schools, at their homes and in their communities. The students from Denmark serve as 100% SDG ambassadors, with inspiration from both countries and through the sending of recycled goods to Ghana, where both KP students and pupils from Jelling Friskole participate actively. Two senior citizens of Working Schools in Helsinge, Denmark, also take part in the project. The project focuses on SDG 3, 4 & 12 (container), SDG 5 (internship) and SDG 13 (twinning).
