Funds

CKU administers several funds on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs which aims to strengthen the local communities in developing countries, by supporting joint development activities between NGO’s in Denmark and in their partners in the Global South. There are two application rounds each year. In 2022 the deadlines for applications for grants are:

18th April

15th October

Only organisations partnering with one of our Danish member organisations can apply for grants from the ordinary CKU pooled fund. Only organisations partnering with Danish Civil Society Organisations can apply for grants to from the Freedom of Religion or Belief fund.
