Online Chuch-Based Development Leadership Course

The purpose is to strengthen the leadership of FHCM and enable the leadership to keep and develop the organisation, and also to strengthen the abilities to lift up a poor and vulnerable society.

The participants are two young ladies who both grew up in FHCM. One of them works as a teacher in their school. The other works as a school secretary. They both serve in the local church.

Main activities of the intervention will be teaching and group discussions.

We expect the two ladies to:
1) Become role models for their younger sisters in the children´s home.
2) Take responsibility for local development activities.
3) Become strong, independant and focused employees in FHCM and keep FHCM being a strong organisation in the future.
4) Help the organisation to make a stronger impact on the society by empowering children, youth and staff members.
5) Become advocates for the Sustainable Develpment Goals and diaconal work.
