Empowering leader in charge of Bethania (orphanage) by education at Diakonhøjskolen autumn 2024

Leading a children's home where children face multiple challenges after living on the streets, in poverty and with many failures, we want to empower our new leader by giving him the opportunity to spend three months at Diaconal College. By attending classes and meeting other young people from diaconal communities, we hope that he will gain increased social pedagogical tools to lead the home and develop the home in a healthy direction for the children in line with the Christian view of humanity.
With the visit to Denmark, we hope to promote the partnership and create greater mutual understanding and strengthen cooperation.
