Consolidating:
Vision Resharing Seminar: Held in 5 churches, this seminar strengthens the commitment of churches to collaborate with their communities through inspiring teachings.
Training of Co-Facilitators and Review Meetings: Local training sessions and bi-monthly review meetings improve co-facilitators' capacity and ensure smooth team communication.
Advocacy Training: A one-day session to enhance the advocacy skills of facilitators and church council members to address community needs.
Resharing the Vision with National Committees: Direct presentations align CCMP strategies with National Committees, fostering strategic collaboration.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Regular tracking of participation, engagement, and feedback ensures effective implementation.

TOT training: This will include 2 from each of the partner churches of MFLM and the coordinator of CCMP. This is done in collaboration with Tearfund in Mali
