This pilot project has a focus on working with transformative dialogue for young adult future leaders. With means of dialogue, process facilitation and a base in Christian spirituality it aims to address the problem of undervalued youth voice and agency. The underlying root causes is age-based hierarchies, lack of facilitation and coaching for youth leaders and few platforms for youth to influence church or community change.
