UEBB CCMP ToT / Follow up

This capacity development project strengthens Union des Eglises Baptistes au Burundi (UEBB) by embedding and expanding the Church and Community Mobilisation Process (CCMP). Ten experienced CCMP facilitators will be trained as Trainers of Trainers (ToTs), including at least three women, enabling them to train at least ten new facilitators and introduce CCMP in a minimum of five new churches and communities. The intervention focuses on key training, reflection and monitoring activities within a defined project period, while aligning with the broader CCMP ToT learning pathway. Church leaders, staff, local authorities and community representatives will be involved to support institutional anchoring. CCMP will be integrated into UEBB’s training curriculum and aligned with the church’s 2026–2030 strategy, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.
