Strengthening Diaconia and Sustainable Development

This activity strengthens CAPDI–EFLC’s capacity to apply strategic diaconal approaches in community engagement and project development. A key staff from EFLC/CAPDI will participate in a training course on "Diaconal Work, Sustainable Development, and Asset-Based Approaches," complemented by an exchange visit to Ethiopia. Through workshops, peer learning, and practical exercises, participants will gain skills and develop strategies for sustainable diaconal initiatives. Knowledge and tools acquired will be shared widely within EFLC/CAPDI and in a capacity-sharing process with their key partner, Mission Afrika, ensuring an impact across both organizations.
