Faculty Training in Decolonial Approaches in the Arts

The overall purpose of this intervention is to strengthen Dar al-Kalima University’s academic capacity to deliver arts education grounded in decolonial thinking, critical pedagogy, and localized cultural knowledge. By training 20 faculty members from different disciplines and programs on decolonial approached, the intervention will enhance their ability to challenge colonial frameworks, integrate Palestinian and regional artistic heritage, and design learning experiences that empower students as cultural producers.
