Digital Skills for Project Management & Reporting

Since 2003, Future and Hope (FH) has protected street children in Tanzania. Building on the UYME project, this intervention addresses a critical gap in organizational capacity: the need for digital literacy in project management and financial reporting.
The project aims to professionalize FH Tanzania’s administration. Eight key staff members from project management and Bethania Homes will participate in intensive capacity building. Participants will be trained in digital tools, specifically Excel and QuickBooks, transitioning from manual bookkeeping to an efficient electronic system. This includes mastering digital communication and financial skills to better support VSLA activities for vulnerable mothers.
The transition will ensure transparency and efficiency in reporting to partners like CKU. By strengthening staff competencies, the project ensures long-term sustainability and more effective support for vulnerable children in the Rukwa region.
