Strengthening Bawinu Foundation’s Capacity to Carry Out Development Work

The activity aims to strengthen Bawinu Foundation’s organizational capacity to carry out high-quality development work in Chin State, Myanmar. Approximately 30–40 representatives will participate in a participatory organizational capacity assessment facilitated by a Myanmar-based external organizational development consultant. Based on the assessment, up to two priority capacity-development areas will be selected for targeted training, practical exercises and professional support. The process will build on the organization’s existing experience, strengths and systems. The expected outcome is strengthened organizational capacity in the selected areas and a practical Organizational Capacity Improvement Plan to guide continued organizational development and support effective, accountable and sustainable development work.
