Location: Online via Zoom
The course on Grant Management will introduce grant holders to CKU’s Grant Management Guidelines and the procedures and requirements related to project management. The course will include two tracks – one on financial/administrative management, and one on a management theme related to project implementation.
Programme for the event will be made available in the beginning of August 2026 at the latest.
Introduction
The online introduction course on Grant Management, will introduce grant holders to CKU’s Grant Management Guidelines and the procedures and requirements related to project management. The course will include a more in-depth introduction to Narrative Reporting and to Financial Reporting. Participants will have to choose between track 1 and track 2 below.

Track 1: Narrative Reporting
In this course you will learn more about the narrative reporting in CKU – what is expected from the narrative report including LFA Assessments. Senior Advisor in CKU, Ole Ramsing will go through the various formats and highlight areas that are sometimes misunderstood. There will be plenty of time to ask your questions along the way.

Track 2: Financial Reporting
In this course you will learn more about the financial reporting in CKU – what is expected from the financial reports and how to use our reporting formats. Financial Controller in CKU, Ingrid Frederiksen will go through the various formats and highlight areas that are sometimes misunderstood. There will be plenty of time to ask your questions along the way.
