Through strengthening of Leprosy and Disable Peoples Organization (LDPOs) as civil society actors the project will enhance social justice by realization of people’s rights, while simultaneously developing skills on climate adaptation.

Outcomes
1. Self Help Groups/SDA/DAs in five districts under the Rangpur division have access to government funding and programs (e.g., agriculture, disaster funding, social service, disaster, climate resilience).
2. Female leadership is strengthened through on gender, leadership, group monitoring, and advocacy.
3. 56 SDA and DA Leaders, and five project staff have been capacitated and developed facilitation skills on climate adaption and resilience.
4. DAs have mapped potential donors at international and national levels and have the capacity to write application.
