Prompted by the expiration of the current partnership agreement, a new country strategy for Bangladesh and the registration of TLMIB as a nationally registered NGO the purpose of the intervention is to develop a new partnership agreement.

From TLM Denmark the Chairman of the Board, a board member and the Country Leader will participate. From TLMIB the Senior Management Team of four people, the new board of five people and three people affected by leprosy will participate.

The activities are reflected in the conference program and includes the following:

- Updating transparent governance structures, systems and processes
- A mutually shared program strategy supported by aligned project management
- Three years budgeting of the program strategy including financing
- Exchange of personnel, volunteers and students
