Renewal of Partnership Agreement

This activity has two main purposes: a) renew the partnership agreement between ACJ and KIT, which was originally signed 14 years ago. The actual leadership and staff from KIT have not their colleagues in Zambia and therefore a partnership activity is essential. b) conducting monitoring for the Buyantanshi project. The main activities are visiting project sites for Mutule II and Buyantanshi, interviews with direct beneficiaries and stakeholders that were part of the projects. Meetings with ACJs project responsible for Buyantanshi as well as the M&E officer. A two-day workshop to discuss our future together, critical meetings and updating the partnership agreement. Participants are KITs general secretary and development consultant. From ACJ all of their staff (7), all of the board members (5) and two volunteers.

Expected outcomes: Deeper understanding of each other as organizations and individuals. A monitoring report of Buyantanshi and an updated partnership agreement.
