Organisational development of PULS partners for new leaders with a particular focus on monitoring.

This capacity development activity concerns three of PULS' Tanzanian partners, RECODA, KIWAKKUKI, FARAJA, all experienced in CKU supported projects, based on VSLA groups, and for RECODA and KIWAKKUKI, particularly RIPAT approach. SInce all three organisations have gone or currently go through a change of management with a handover to new leaders, it is relevant and important to train new leader potentials, and hence each of the organisations will have one young leader talent trained through the acknowledged Church Development Based course run by Danish Mission Council and others. Furthermore, the three organisations need more professional M&E through the acknowledged VSLA SAVIX system, which FARAJA already has pursued for some years, and with a good result, deemed by the latest CKU report on the latest anti-FGM project from 2018-2021. RECODA and KIWAKKUKI wish to improve their M&E, also recommended by CISU, while working on a new phase of funding. A joint learning opportunity.
