The overall aim of this project is to create well-coordinated reporting, referral and response structures of addressing GBV at both local and cross-border levels. Targeted participants include: CSOs, strategic institutions (schools, religious and media), local and cross-border government leaders, local government leaders, truck drivers, men and boys, FPFK and PCU local church pastors and staff. Expected outcomes are:
• Empowered CSOs’ and targeted strategic institutions (schools, religious, media) to address GBV and strengthened economic safety nets through trainings and sensitization on GBV laws, legal frameworks and financial literacy.
• Strengthened government leaders’ (local and cross-border) engagement with community members and CSOs through dialogues and collaboration to jointly address GBV.
• Strengthened organizational capacity of FPFK and PCU to become change agents and advocates against GBV at both local and cross-border levels.
