The overall purpose of this Partnership Activity is to develop a comprehensive three-year strategic plan that will guide MeCAHT’s and EXIST institutional partnership growth, sustainability, and program effectiveness 2026-2028.
By the end of the activity, MeCAHT and EXIST will have a renewed, inclusive, and actionable Strategic Plan (2026–2028) that strengthens its institutional sustainability, enhances program alignment, and positions the organization as a more accountable and resilient actor in the fight against human trafficking.
Representatives from MeCAHT and EXIST boards and staffs will be present in the Partnership Activity retreat.
