The partnership activity between OM Denmark and TWS aims to develop a shared vision and roadmap for long-term collaboration focused on faith-based community transformation in Mandalay’s most marginalised settlements. The intervention brings together TWS’s entire core team and a representative from OM Denmark for a three-day participatory workshop in Thailand, facilitated by advisers connected to both organisations. Through dialogue, reflection, and joint analysis, participants will identify shared values, theological foundations, and complementary strengths, leading to a “common ground map,” a Mandalay context analysis, and a tailored capacity development plan for TWS. The expected outcome is a strengthened, co-owned partnership that builds TWS’s organisational capacity, lays the groundwork for a formal Memorandum of Understanding, and supports resilient, community-led development under crisis conditions.
