This is a training in Transformational leadership being offered under the Danida Fellowship Centre (DFC) scholarship programme at the MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC) in Arusha, Tanzania. It is targeting 10-15 participants from the African continent who are related to the Danish Strategic Sector Cooperation or to a Danida-funded partner. ACJ, falling under KIT (Danida funded), forms part of these participants. The training is designed to equip diverse professionals with knowledge and modern leadership skills. The expected outcome is Increased awareness of modern leadership and transformational change knowledge and skills in the digital space, mindset shift to dream bigger and purposefully for oneself, leading others and their organizations. Ultimately, effecting transformation.
