Online Chuch-Based Development Leadership Course

The purpose is to strengthen the leadership of FHCM and enable the leadership to keep and develop the organisation.
The participants both grew up in FHCM since 2004 and 2014 respectively. One of them works as a farm manager, he helps the children with their homework, and he also serves as a pastor. The other one works in the administration of the organisation.

Main activities will be participating in on-line teaching and group discussions.

We expect the two persons to:
1) Become role models for their younger sisters and brothers in the children´s home.
2) Take responsibility for local development activities.
3) Become strong, independant and focused employees in FHCM and to take on leadership responibilities to help FHCM being a strong organisation in the future.
4) Help the organisation to make a stronger impact on the society by empowering children, youth and staff members.
5) Become advocates for the Sustainable Develpment Goals and diaconal work.
