The Church Based Development Leadership (CDL) course is an online, 10 month programme designed for church and diaconal leaders engaged in community and social development. Offered by the Danish Mission Council (DMC) in collaboration with CKU, Kerk in Actie, and Digni, the course combines theory and practice in areas such as organizational development, value based and gender aware leadership, trauma healing, project design, and church–state relations. Through interactive online lessons, coaching, and project work, participants gain practical skills and deepen their understanding to help their churches and organizations create sustainable, impactful change within their communities.
