This intervention aims to enhance All 4 Life Uganda’s capacity to deliver inductive training workshops, strengthening participatory learning and ownership among beneficiaries in development projects. Four staff members and 16 volunteers from All 4 Life Uganda will participate. Main activities include a two-week training in Denmark with Acts Mission Denmark and 3 danish schools, focusing on inquiry-based, collaborative, and problem-solving methods, followed by a two-week workshop in Uganda with local community engagement, supported by a consultant. The expected outcome is strengthening staff skills in engaging participants, particularly shy teenagers, through interactive methods, leading to sustainable community impact. A tool for inductive learning in the form of a board game will be shared with the CKU network at their general assembly in 2026.
