Capacity building CCMP

This capacity building project strengthens the partnership between the Baptist Union of Denmark (BUD) and the Association des Eglises Baptistes au Rwanda (AEBR) by embedding and expanding the Church and Community Mobilisation Process (CCMP). Ten experienced CCMP facilitators will be trained as Trainers of Trainers (ToTs), enabling them to multiply knowledge to new facilitators and churches. The intervention includes four training modules, reflection workshops, and monitoring with involvement of church leaders, staff, local authorities, and community representatives. Expected outcomes are that AEBR establishes its own cohort of CCMP ToTs, with increased participation of women, who will introduce CCMP in at least five new churches and communities. The approach will be integrated into AEBR’s training curriculum and 2026–2030 strategy, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.
