The project aims to embed technical CCMP skills within the Addis Ababa Synod, fostering organic growth and expansion within the church network. By developing CCMP trainers, the synod ensures long-term sustainability and ownership of the process. To achieve this, 15 trained and transformed Trainers of Trainers (ToTs) will be equipped to train others across various church and community sectors, promoting holistic well-being, environmental sustainability, and poverty alleviation.
