The intervention aims to strengthen the Church and Community Mobilization Process (CCMP) in five EFLC pilot parishes in Cameroon by enhancing facilitator effectiveness, reinforcing Village Savings and Loan activities (VSLA), and integrating local leaders. It involves 10 CCMP facilitators, community leaders from five localities, and VSLA group members. Key activities include an 8-day capacity-building workshop on conflict resolution, leadership, advocacy, and group dynamics, VSLA field visits for technical support, and a community leaders' meeting in Garoua to foster collaboration. Expected outcomes include improved skills for at least 8 facilitators, increased community engagement in VSL activities, and greater leadership commitment to CCMP initiatives
