The intervention aims to improve psychosocial well-being, caregiving capacity, and socio-economic resilience of teen mothers and their children in Temeke and Ubungo. It applies a holistic, faith-based, community-driven approach to address stigma, poverty, limited parenting skills, and weak livelihood opportunities.

The primary target group is 100 teen mothers (12–17 years) and their children (0–5 years), while secondary participants include families, caregivers, faith leaders, and community actors.

Key activities include psychosocial support groups, parenting and ECD training, life skills and livelihood training, and formation of VSLA groups, alongside community sensitization.

Expected outcomes are improved psychosocial well-being, strengthened caregiving practices, and increased engagement in income-generating activities, leading to enhanced resilience, reduced stigma, and sustainable, community-based support systems.
