Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Effective Delivery of Midpoint Nigeria’s 2024–2029 Plan

This intervention will strengthen Midpoint Nigeria’s institutional capacity to implement its 2024–2029 Strategic Plan. After a baseline assessment, a three-day retreat will formalize governance policies, financial procedures, MEAL and fundraising systems. Twelve staff, board members and volunteers will participate, with external facilitators from Tearfund and Taste Nigeria. Post-retreat mentoring and quarterly reviews ensure adoption and sustainability, enabling Midpoint Nigeria to deliver its strategy effectively.
