This project strengthens transformational leadership within The Leprosy Mission Denmark (TLMDK) and its partner organisations in Bangladesh (TLMIB) and Ethiopia (TLMIE) through participation in the Danida Fellowship Centre Transformational Leadership Course. Two senior managers will enhance their capacity to lead inclusive, adaptive, and results-oriented programmes addressing complex development challenges such as climate resilience, gender equality, disability inclusion, and freedom of religion or belief. The activity includes participation in the course, development and implementation of individual action plans, organisational anchoring of learning, structured cross-country exchanges between Bangladesh and Ethiopia, and dissemination through the TLMI Global Fellowship network. Follow-up, monitoring, and internal capacity building ensure that learning is embedded in organisational systems and contributes to improved programme quality and long-term institutional change.
