CCMP - Salvation Army Argentina
- Projektnummer CKU-2026-U-01
- Bevillingshaver Frelsens Hær
- Land Argentina
This project is a one-year CCMP pilot implemented by The Salvation Army Argentina in partnership with Tearfund, who will deliver the training.
It aims to strengthen the capacity of 5 churches - 3 in Rosario (Logos; Rosario Central; Saladillo) and 2 from nearby cities (Chacabuco and Concordia) to facilitate sustainable, community-led transformation. The project includes a structured process combining online preparation (April–May), in-person training phases focused on inspiration and equipping (June and August), and a final in person/online phase for planning and consolidation (February).
The approach emphasises local leadership, community ownership, and collaboration with local stakeholders. Participants will be trained as facilitators to ensure continuity beyond the pilot with long-term support within the CCMP and Tearfund networking.
The project will monitor participation and outcomes to formulate potential support, follow-up or expansion to another area.
