CKU inviterer til kursus i forvaltning, hvor der vil blive givet en introduktion til CKU’s retningslinjer og procedurer i forbindelse med forvaltning af projektstøtte.

Kurset giver deltagerne en generel introduktion til CKU’s krav og procedurer vedrørende projektforvaltning. Derefter kan deltagerne vælge mellem to spor:
Spor 1 vil give en præsentation om projektmonitorering og evaluering. Kurset vil give en grundlæggende forståelse af, hvad monitorering er, hvorfor projektmonitorering er vigtig, og præsentere gode eksempler og værktøjer til, hvordan man kan gennemføre lokal monitorering.
Spor 2 vil fokusere på finansiel forvaltning og give en introduktion til, hvad økonomistyring indebærer, hvorfor det er vigtigt, og hvordan det kan udføres i overensstemmelse med CKU’s finansielle minimumsstandarder. Desuden vil CKU’s opdaterede format for økonomirapportering blive introduceret.
Grant management course in CKU
The introduction course on Grant Management, will introduce grant holders to CKU’s Grant Management Guidelines and the procedures and requirements related to project management. The course will include a more in-depth introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation and to Financial Management. Participants will have to choose between track 1 and track 2 below.

Track 1: Monitoring and evaluation
In this course you will learn what monitoring and evaluation is and why it is important. You will learn how to consider your M&E framework from the beginning of the project period by setting up relevant and measurable indicators. How you can collect data especially through the Kobo toolbox that is an excellent tool for project monitoring in the field and finally how you can use the data and what to consider when evaluating the project. The course will draw on a combination of professional knowledge and CKU’s requirements.
