CKU invites you to a course on Grant Management, where participants will receive an introduction to CKU’s guidelines and procedures related to project support administration.

The course will give participants a general introduction to CKU’s requirements and procedures regarding Grant Management. After that participants can choose between two tracks:
- Track 1 will give a presentation on project monitoring and evaluation. The course will give a basic understanding of what monitoring is, why project monitoring is important and showcase good examples and tools for how to do local monitoring.
- Track 2 will focus on financial management and will give an introduction to what financial management entails, why it is important and how it can be done according to CKUs financial minimum standards. Furthermore, CKU’s updated financial reporting format will be introduced.
